50km to over 100 km,it will kill me.haha.remember first day of my cycling only 5km.almost lost my breath cos of uphill.now just cycling for fun,wont force myself too hard.

Maybe can cycle another 10 to 20 years more, see how la. about 30+ years ago,when i was a teenager,my father have a grocery shop at a small town(hometown).when customers order goods(20-50 kati,now use kilo)) from us,we have to send by bike,the old time bike with big wheel and without gears.i remember during that time with the goods tied at the back cycled to and return about 5-6 miles (now kilometer),uphill downhill no problem at all,i think the old bike still at my brother's house,maybe will try to cycle the old bike,see how far i can cycle.haha |
