The power adapter we sold you and your XBOX One console both have the power indicator lights on. This is why we think the fault lies not with the adapter, but maybe the console itself. I would personally check if it was software corruption since it happened right after an update.
Could you send us another video showing your console working fine with your new adapter? Technically speaking, our warranty on the power adapter has since expired as we promised 1 week warranty and you said the fault occurred on the 3rd week. Still, I'll do my best to work out an acceptable solution for you on receipt of the video.

As you can see from the video you sent us, the orange indicator light on your power adapter is on and your XBOX One can be turned on momentarily. If the power adapter is faulty, none of these should happen.
I stand by my recommendation of bringing the console down to the seller of your XBOX One. If you could you show me the video of an alternate adapter working with this console, I'll definitely review this complaint once more. Thank you.

Could you just assist us with one more issue before we finalize our review of your issue? In both videos, your adapter was plugged into the multi-tap extension. As stated in the Xbox Adapter troubleshooting guide(http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/system/console-wont-power-on):

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience sir but unfortunately this is unprecedented(even on Xbox One technical forums) as a malfunction. From our understanding based on the official guide, there are electrical restrictions on the adapter that may be triggered as a result of this.
However, as this requires you to send the item back and for us to have to mail it back to you if there should be no fault found. To avoid unnecessary costs on both of us, we really would require you to provide us with more information to be fully sure so that we can proceed.

And you do know that the reason behind why they blocked you from their facebook post right? They wouldn't randomly block any customer who bought an inferior product from them, they are a very famous and reputable shop in Singapore. From all my experience with Qisahn, they are very responsible. Just give them some time to sort things out, you are not the only customer they have, they have a lot of customers and replies to deal with every day. Imagine if they have to deal with people like you daily, if I were them, I would've just block you and delete all of your post without even bother replying you. But they didn't, they still reply all of your ridiculous questions. It isn't that hard to check with the xbox one seller whether the problem is from him, then come back to Qisahn and report back. It could be Qisahn's adapter problem, and your adapter has proven maybe they aren't compatible or something, but it may have a lot of reason, maybe region wise compatibility or other problem. But before discovering other problem and keep yelling at Qisahn, why don't you just check back with that xbox one seller? It isn't that hard, rather than wasting your time spamming Qisahn.
