Could you just assist us with one more issue before we finalize our review of your issue? In both videos, your adapter was plugged into the multi-tap extension. As stated in the Xbox Adapter troubleshooting guide(http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/system/console-wont-power-on):



Step 3 was not done in the videos and we would very much appreciate it if it was shown in a video as well.

Thank you for your patience in this matter, we'll get back to you as soon as we can confirm that a direct power feed still has the adapter malfunctioning as described.

Anyway, been dealing with Qisahn for years, good and fast service. Bought GTA V special edition from them but unfortunately the Pos Laju man spoiled my steel book. They manage to go through a lot of procedure to replace my steel book in the end. Responsible and one of the best seller ever.
