I guess you mean by eat, right. Anyway, it is good. Occasionally, mix it with fruits. A slice or two of bread would be fine too.

^ 5 eggs ??!! shocking.gif sweat.gif

I don't know why I can't eat much during breakfast. If I do, I tend to puke sad.gif . I feel like my stomach haven't wake up yet laugh.gif Anyway, as what pizzaboy said, there's no specific time to eat breakfast. However, this does not mean you can wake up at 11.30am and treat it as breakfast tongue.gif

how long after waking up are you eating? if you have say 20-30mins between wake up time and breakfast time try drinking a glass of water as soon as you get up.

there is no exact timing for breakfast but i do believe society sees anything between 4am-10:30am to be breakfast(pre-4am is still supper or atleast thats how we saw it during the world cup...) and everything from 10:31-11:59 to be brunch.

if you want to lose weight, exercise after waking up then eat breakfast after your workout(discovery health, discovery channel).
