QUOTE(goliath @ Jul 14 2006, 11:49 PM) ^ 5 eggs ??!! how long after waking up are you eating? if you have say 20-30mins between wake up time and breakfast time try drinking a glass of water as soon as you get up.I don't know why I can't eat much during breakfast. If I do, I tend to puke there is no exact timing for breakfast but i do believe society sees anything between 4am-10:30am to be breakfast(pre-4am is still supper or atleast thats how we saw it during the world cup...) and everything from 10:31-11:59 to be brunch. if you want to lose weight, exercise after waking up then eat breakfast after your workout(discovery health, discovery channel). |
