There's no black bar on 16:10 lcd. The height of the graphics will be stretch abit and the image will appear abit blurry since the 360 doesnt have a native resolution for 16:10 lcd. If you want the correct picture ratio for a 16:10 lcd, you need to get a monitor that has a 1:1 pixel mapping features and those monitors are abit expensive compared to the normal ones.

IIRC the Dell 2007WFP have it. You could ask the peeps in the widescreen thread in hardware section for other brands.
