simple, if its modded, u can actually manually check yourself whether it kena 3ROD b4 infront of the seller
or if u are sure the unit never had that problem b4, try to test it to go on LIVE to make sure it isnt banned. |

you can use usb keyboard to type msg but i dont think u can play game with it
