When u ask a girl that whether she loves to receive flowers or not and she answered no.
And u insists to send her flower, will she get annoyed or happy?

If the girl is ur gf, pls buy her flowers even she answered no....she will complain in future!!!

If a girl answers no to flowers, she might want money instead or bring her go shopping instead.
If I'm your gf, I will be disappointed
Yalor.. coz I'm allergic to flowers and yet I get them every birthday

I experienced it
For 1st 2 years in my relationship, i never bought even a rose to my gf coz she said it waste of money (yea, include valentine day coz rose shoot up to sky high!!)...i agreed...coz money can well spend on some where else like good dining...

After that, she told her friends that I never bought her flowers and I 'tag' as a non-romantic guy Finally I bought her a bouquet of flowers in her birthday, well, she happy for whole week 

So my advice is, no matter girls said she don't want flowers...it halfly true!!! Give them a suprise in appropriate time and place!!
