Oversupply will not be evident when the bubble is still growing / haven't pop yet.
Guess counting the lights is a good gauge to determine actual demand vs speculative demand.

depend lar...got holding power can ride the storm... i think new launch past 3-4 years will struggle to cover their monthly loan and maintenance fees...unless they go in with 20-30% downpayment lain cerita la...flip this place still unproven market....

Slowly wait lar.

I doubt so. Why would they send 50k resources to Malaysia knowing their own countries is much cheaper.

A 5 years java experience resource can be hired for rm2k++ in chennai while in malaysia, it will costs about rm5k++ for the same resource.

Unless there is a huge growth of local IT projects, i doubt it will happen.

i would say 5years and above. Everything is just getting started, but if your financial is strong and can hold it out. The future would be bright as after 5 years or so Cj would be a more matured township. Back then 7years ago, wanna find a petrol station also cannot .. now you see got so many shops around.
