I've started updating since 9 p.m. - Initial Download amount was 25 GB. Though enormous, it only took 2 hours; only about 8 GB that was needed to be downloaded, the rest was utilizing the downloaded files it had stored as a buffer in our folders.

Also, servers are still down, so we can't test lewt 2.0/paragon 2.0/changed skills/changed difficulties/changed crafting/etc. yet.

Both PTR and RoS Beta test servers were announced over about a day ago. What you will be getting when the servers go live after this maintenance is Patch 2.0.1 of D3V. RoS contents are only available from March 25th, 2014 onwards, when you add RoS into your B.Net account.

GAH/RMAH is still up and running, but as announced over a few months ago, will go down on the 18th of April 2014.

Loot 2.0 Legendary items are account-bound upon pickup, so no chance of selling those items on GAH/RMAH.

Aside from Marquise gems, Legendary/Set gear and crafting goods (DE and so forth), items you find from the game will be trade-able and sold on GAH/RMAH.

There isn't much equivalent. Where HP is concerned, Torment III is similar to Inferno MP 7 - 8, but the deal way more damage than MP 8.

For leveling Plvl purposes, pick something between Master to Torment II instead, anything higher takes a little too long to kill.

Legendaries are dropping at a more frequent rate, but they roll really stupid rolls, mehhhhh.

Always get it from their forums, they update it pretty quick:

Nah, they're not patching. No patch is coming up, just overall Blizzard server maintenance throughout all of its services.

That's probably not the download, whatever you have download (around 313 MB) is being patched to existing files.

The servers are already up.

Diablofans don't have any updates, so we all go tido then wake up at 5 - 6 am and see if patched already or not, hehe.
