more than 1 year g15 released but still not much price drop..

G15 for sure.. got lcd..
alot of button can be set especially macro, keystroke and even shortcut..
still remember.. playing street fighter which need key combination to strike the opponent.. if this keyboard available that time.. should be easier to play..

1) G15 - Winamp
Go to WinAmp preference..
Preferences > Global Hotkeys. Enabled it and hit the Restore Defaults.

2) Consult ur manual..
usb which drain more power cannot use on it..
less power like joystick can..
but i can use it if i plug usb hub.. so can use thumbdrive but 1.1 usb transfer rate..

it's not the keyboard prob.. it's winamp setting.. i believe other keyboard also can try...

ALT+F4 i'm using on windows not while gaming... quite usefull to close windows pane easily.. even to shutdown pc..

i thought there are 3 programmable button to choose.. M1,M2,M3... so use M2 for gaming then...

6 keys not enough ler.. atleast 10.. who want to click M1 M2 M3 to change option for the quick access?

1- how to use media control button.. i know u cannot play winamp by default..

Launch Winamp
Select Options->Preferences...
Select Global Hotkeys and place a check in the box labeled Enabled
Click the Close button

i wonder why winamp not enable it by default.. it's affect some other multimedia keyboard also..

2- why cannot use thumbdrive.. becoz it's drain more power..
standard joystick should do..

but we can use thumbdrive if we plug usb hub there..

3-why i press G1 as esc... lol coz my mind set that the edge of keyboard got esc button.. will use to it after sometimes..

as i remember clearly (not using winamp right now)..
by defaut winamp set z,x,c,v,b as the media button.. so u can set those as G key..

i use lcd studio.. so can add what ever i want..

the new G15's usb port stil 1.1?
with lcd embedded like that.. for sure difficult to see.. cannot tilt it..

i believe the current g15's lcd got one film layer that can change the display right? thinking to pull it out n turn to vibrant blue...

my G15 keys start to fade la.. then how ar? later all got light only.. huhu..

the lcd screen is handy.. give me alot of info..
that's why seeking the way to preserve it..
not going to abandon it just becoz one issue.. and neglecting the other pros..

G15 v2 suffers the same problem or not?
maybe becoz still new?

my silver portion is ok.. just A,S,D keys show big circle there... hardcore gamer eh..

surprisingly the W is still intact.. lol..
