@ipcam. I thought i should go back lowyat-thundermatch n exchange another keyboard..

Should i go to A4tech's service centre?
Where is it?

Commonly what we gonna do when I got problem on the product, i will for sure bring back to the shop and get for service and support.

I only know Razer office is in PJ wisma academi with very poor service record (that one is not classify as service center, just a small office with 1,2 people work there with poor preparation; most of the time , no body stay in the office).

Can try ask Thundermatch customer service counter for help first, and check it out where is A4 service center then.

Most common brands do have a service center somewhere around Low Yatt, Imbi, SPS...

Wish you good luck !

U can try to check 3rd floor, the service center call Vertex. They provide 30 minute service there. They are the A4Tech Official Service Centre laugh.gif

I wonder if ppl could give me answer on which gaming keyboard should i get, Razer Tarantula or Logitech G15 v2. Both have their pro and cons.

Logitech g15 has the lcd and illuminated keyboard. But Razer Tarantula is good in anti ghostling and better reflex for gamers. So, which is better?

tarantula has real fast response and typing is really comfortable. g15 got a lot of micros and red backlight which make ur keyboard cooler.
If u dont care about the look, tarantula is better for gaming but lack functions.

I see , i was asking behalf of my friend cause he can decide on which gaming keyboard. I sees that Logitech lacking lots of features and output from Razer Tarantula. Razer Lycosa too slim? Besides the key looks rubbery. sweat.gif
