their question is too simple
both quesions required a switch operate in full duplex to solve the collision problem!

his layer most probably refer to osi. total 7 layers. Application, Presentation, Session, Transport, Network, Data Link and Physical!

FOr my question, it's low bandwidth,boardcast storms as well as too many hosts in a boardcast domain.. tongue.gif
