Acid Rain is the new toy line that were designed by Kit Lau and produced by OriToys in Hong Kong that just begun its launch and exposure.

The world of Acid Rain is set in the dystopia post apocalyptic future where war is still being waged on under the polluted wasteland.

These action figures consisting of pilots, soldiers and drivers are at 3.75 inch in height (the same size as you would have with the G.I. Joe action figures).

The action figures are highly articulated and poseable, and each comes with removable vests, helms and comes with their own weapons.

If you have any G.I. Joe figures with extra accessories, they are even compatible with them too (or any 3.75 inch figures)

Whereas their vehicles/mecha are scaled at 1/18 size. That's right. Vehicles that transforms into Mechs for all of you Real Mech fetish fans out there.

Each figure and mech is painted with high detail of weathering to give them more authentic feel and look for the Post Apocalypse.

Currently, OriToys had released Wave 1 consisting of 4 different sets:



Sol Commander Set only consists of 1 action figure and accessories consisting of: Vest, Helm and Rifle



The Winged Victory of Samothrace Set consists of: 2 action figures, Vest x2, Helm x2, Rifles x2, brick road base x1, and a broken angel statue x1







Speeder Mk.II Set consists of: 1 action figure, Vest x1, Helm x1 and the Speeder Mk.II mech. It also comes with removable accessories such as: Briefcases x2, Shovel x1, Pickaxe x1





StrongHold Set consists: Stronghold mech, Missiles x4. It doesn't come with any action figure but it does have a gimmick. Batteries can be placed inside of Stronghold to activate the light up monitor screens inside the cockpit

Lol, yeah, that piece of paper from Speeder Mk.II's set are cut outs, i saw some people posted that somewhere before, really nifty accessories, the files can store in the speeder mk.ii's briefcase

I bought 4 sets of winged victory, it seemed more cost effective than buying sol commanders 1 by 1, plus i needed the base plates lol

I did contemplate, but maybe in the future. Have you ordered the Winged Victory set? The statue and base plate are not made of plastic, some kinda polystone (maybe)?
