its base on whether the plant is covered or uncover. if covered should be no problem, but however, the bank will consider this as negative factor to the loan as it might reject the loan (base on bank) due to too near to the plant. better check with the bank u wish b4 purchase.

but for my own i prefer it located at least 100m away from my house, as i dont like dirty or smelly stuff... own personal hygiene too strong..
