Hye.i bought a 2nd hand htc one 3 weeks ago.and i dont have a warranty card.there are some issues with this pbone.1st.purple camera issue,2nd loose power button and third battery performance.can i sent this phone to service centre so that they can fix this problem without a warranty card?fyi,i had an online chat with the htc and he said my phone still undef warranty.i need your help.

I just pick up my htc one at the bts service centre.i sent there around 1 week ago.i impressed on how they managed to fix my phone in a week because from what i have read,it takes around 2-4 weeks for some people.until now my camera looks better.no purple tint at all but sometimes it turn greenish.i asked the person in charge at the service centre,it can be repaired in just 10 minutes,but the machines currently out of service.so need to come next time.unlucky me

Somebody know about this?when i connect my phone with usb to the computer,the jelly bean icon (i think) appears at the top.when i open,it wrote something about debugging.what is this actually?this happens after i sent my phone to SC to calibrate the greenish issues and after they reset my phone.

Hye,
I sent my phone to sc because of the green tint issue and already fixed. My question is,what if i want to reset back the phone later.will the green issue strike my phone back ?.what do you think? |
