Dealt with him before. I don't think he will tell me as this is trade sercret.
After searching for nearly 1 week, finally I found aluminium sheet with 3.0mm x 1220mm x 3660mm @ RM476.00 / piece. Now I am looking for laser cutting + powder coat service Seems like Kuching have very little of this type services

More or less that price, I need 2 pieces of that, seems pricey. In addition, I am just a Form 5 student. Hopefully laser cut and powder coat service will affordable

The moment the machine start cutting it count the time, 90cent is just roughly, sometime they seems to give a little cheaper.

Well, I think it would be hard to look for laser cutting in Sarawak unfortunately. There is just no market for such services there. On top of that, its not a cheap machine overall. With our currency devaluation, it would easily top RM2m for a reliable one.

Since Im in the metal processing industry, I can give some advise. Look for aluminium sheet plate stockist in Klang Valley. You can find one stop service center for metal sheet processing from laser/waterjet cuting to bending. Get a quotation, pay them, and had them ship to your delivery company.

Those small ones are basically useless. They can cut paper, wood, plastic or engrave but wont cut metal.

Ok thank you. Btw, I don't think I can do it by now. Going study oversea soon. Maybe I will do it oversea. Haha.
