typo error,

it is 175/65r14 for bridgstons

185/60r14 for Hankook

both is still 14's, the different is tyre wide either 175 ot 185.

take 185 for better handling.
however, don't u have other choices for 185? take Yokohama C Drive 2 or at least a Continental CC5. Of course Michelin XM2 is even better if u have budget.

I'm wonder that Hankook 185/60r14 is quote at cheaper rate RM135 only.

The manufacturing date of tyre will affect anything?

of course we want the tyre as new as possible, as rubber compound deteriorate by time.
there could be something wrong with that unreasonable cheap price.
for me I'd avoid it.

Rubber compound need time to stabilize, newest tyre not actually is the best.

Now tyre already decrease price a lot compare to last year. You'll be paying premium price for same product if still believe tyre price like last time.

fixing 185 doesnt make it feel odd.might be less comfort since the tyre profile is lower.where is your location?is it at east malaysia?
the price is quite high and also tyre age is old.year 15 to 16 still okay.
