I guess you're right in the sense that the author decided not to explore any further possibility & end the entire novel with such a cliffhanger. sweat.gif

To be honest, I'm very glad to have someone else to discuss the novel plot since most of the people out there rather wait for the movie adaptation. biggrin.gif
