Setia Eco Park & Saujana O-Lot (post-Eco World acquisition) also pretty impressive. They actually take picture of all visitors who enter the compound. All round electric fence is another plus point.

All residents need to cooperate by paying the monthly fees and I know some places which are supposedly high end, the cheapskate dato's do not pay but talk big. Hence the houses get targeted by burglars that work in tandem with the guards.
If TS is willing, I recommend properties by YTL which have excellent guard facilities but an RA needs to be elected once YTL's contract has lapsed.
