Apparently this is the updated version to Monster Hunter Frontier G. This update will be release in Japan at 23-4-2014.

Update G5
The next update for monster hunter frontier g will be arrive at july 23 2014. Felyne Comrades are a new addition to Monster Hunter Frontier in this update. They seem to function just like their console counterparts.
