All I know it's a nice place there. I've known someone working there and he seems quite happy. Not so sure about politics there.
the mines beach resort and spa...., anyone work there or train there b4???

If you really wan nice friendly staff with less politics, try Jerejak Resort and Spa. Nice place and super friendly people. A fantasy island by itself.
