Hey guys, thinking of buy myself a new pair of shoe after hurting my ankles quite a few times due to bad shoes.

Don't think I'm gonna buy from Bata anymore =_= No size most of the time

Anyway, I guess is best to go for some quality shoes now. With a budget of RM 200

Suggestions? Reebok? Adidas? Nike?

Looking for one that is multipurpose. For gym use, road runs and maybe sometimes hiking?

I'm a newbie in these sort of things biggrin.gif pls help hahah

Hi guys, congrats on the new thread. Beginner runner with alot of questions here.

1. My friend complained that my slow pace tires him out just now. He said he can ran farther with more speed, and thats true cos he's been running longer than me and I've seen him. We jogged together just now following my slow pace and I outlast him for some reason.

So, slow pace or more speed is better?

And after he recovered, I told him to run at his own speed and I tertinggal a few hundred meters away.

Since when glucosamine can cure knee injury? becareful with it as too much is not good for your liver.

And also about the FB page. One cannot request to join now, can only be added by another member as its a secret society group now. must pay entrant fee of RM 10.80
