Hi there, I have a watch that I sent to replace battery and adjust the band size at a watch shop. The guy there was very rough with my watch with the way he pry open the back cover with a knife and hammer my band link pins (which was spring type) and resulted in scratches and slight dents. Are you able to polish them off?

Hi, i've a kinetic auto relay seiko watch. However the last time i brought it to shop, the staff there said the relay wasn't that strong already and then i stopped using it for a few years. Now i'm thinking of getting it repaired, any idea how much it will cost me?
