I noticed since Sunday, Umobile internet is extremely slow and unstable. Those using only for social messenger may not notice, but since I play games as well the effect is very obvious.

My game will frequently disconnect, or sometimes it won't even load/connect into the server (playing online btw). At first I thought it is the issue near my office, but apparently even in town I face the same problem.

Anyone else having the same problem? I hope it's not just my phone finding fault with me I tried contacting their support, but it's useless as usual, no news since Monday.

If anyone can offer suggestion/help it'd be great. Thanks.

I'm also having alot of problems with U Mobile.  I live in Pandan Indah and the service there is really bad.  I can't even update my printer driver and each time I access a video or YouTube link on whatsapp, the keeps loading after a few seconds.  Broadband signal is really low and I'm using the P70 plan.  After complaining to U Mobile it was ok for a few days and then it gets worst.

All the people I know who uses U-Mobile also complain regarding the service and speed of the braodband.
