QUOTE
The LG G Pro 2 packs Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC with 2.26GHz quad-core CPU and 3GB of RAM. There are 16 or 32GB of built-in memory, which can be further expanded via microSD card slot. Connectivity options include LTE-A, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, SlimPort, and microUSB port.

The 13MP camera of the LG G Pro 2 features enhanced optical image stabilization (OIS+) and the option to adjust the focus of a photo after its capture. Video recording capabilities include 4K UHD and 1080p @ 120 fps. The front-facing camera is a 2.1MP unit.

LG G Pro 2 boots Android 4.4 KitKat. LG has added a host of new features to its proprietary Emotional UX. Knock Code is one of them – it allows user to unlock his/her device by knocking on its display using a specific combination.

The measures of the LG G Pro 2 are 157.9 × 81.9 × 8.3 mm, while its weight tips the scale at 172 grams. The phablet is powered by a removable 3,200mAh battery.

There’s no word on international pricing and availability of the LG G Pro 2 just yet. LG will showcase the device during MWC this month, so be sure to tune in for hands-in impressions.

QUOTE
Dubbed Knock Code, you'll be able to choose from a number of patterns with which you can unlock your phone. As you can see from this launch-event video from Seoul, the pattern appears to work in multiple locations on the phone, and at different scales. Pretty slick, indeed, and we'll knock to our heart's content next week.

Note 3 is a champion on its own right, but this G Pro 2 begs to differ. And for users of G Pro, would know that note 2 is not their rival at all.

Slim bezel, and inclusion of 13MP OIS makes this phablet more awesome than Note 3.

I am planning to own this phablet, any more takers?

If you want software update, use nexus devices. Guaranteed updates for 18month of its life. I used Galaxy Nexus before, I got every other updates except 4.4kitkat because out of 18month GNex life.

the battery is really killing me. watch an episode of anime had drained 25% approx, every 3 mins of web surfing on data will drain 1%.

prefer something that has a longer lasting battery.
but still, i'd prefer to read reviews about this phone before purchase.

I can see that its LG G2 with protein added into it. almost same specsheet, same design concept(back button), the difference being their screensize and battery capacity. I wished their battery were around 3800 or 4000 even to completely kills Note 3, even its not removable.

i'd say Samsung phone doesnt have value either. within 2-3 months, price will drop bizarrely fast, especially flagship models.

What I mean is, I dont care if the battery is nonremovable, as long as it have huge capacity.

Want value? buy gold coated phone. While the phone value will plummel, you can always sell it back to gold dealer.

Dont have money to buy gold coated phone? Get an iphone. resale value still holding even if you phone is 2 generations back.
