No experience, better take the opportunity to GAIN the experience. Looks good on your CV. You will learn lots of skill in manufacturing company, especially how to handle your stress.

Chinaman company also got a better one in the market....
MNC, O&C and those top paying companies are not everybody cup of teas....they only want the best and no everybody will be qualified. If you are one of the average performed in your academic and working experiences, why not give other reasonable companies a try? Still can learn great deal of working experiences.....Better than sit at home and unemployed for long period of time. Remember, MNC will start lay off their employee when times is no goods. |

Top Glove is doing quite well. If you are fine with working in a Production position, I think it is ok.
Also if you are ok working in the glove industry... |

QUOTE(clamp_wl @ Feb 13 2014, 11:42 AM) It depends of which MNC and industry that we are talking about. On that other hand, Chinaman company hardly lay off any Staff. Some Chinaman Companies like Tan Chong, Hong Leong etc - staff benefits are not bad. https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3120076/all |
