hi...
my car windscreen has stubborn water stains which really irritate me.
it look like my windscreen is so oily...

anyone could advise how to solve this? recently, i asked a car wash place and they quoted me RM100 to clean watermark.
seriously, i dunno how good is this. coz i brought my car to polish and clean the windscreen water mark before the cny (which the shop suggested me to do).
it was ok that time but slowly the stains came back and even more obvious now.

anyone encounter this and resolved? i bought something car windscreen watermark removal from jusco but it doesn't help.

Cheapo Rain X from supermarket will do. No need send to car wash for that.
Or any liquid alcohol also can.

is it the oily part is where ur wiper wipe area?
i happen to buy 'daun keladi' effect from macha that usually sell at supermarket parking area.. it really works, do 2-3 layer to ur windscreen and no more watermark n it last long too around 1-2 months.. the price for the spray around rm15-20 not sure exactly..

i sent back my car to the car wash place that i went earlier and told them the problem after they clean my windscreen.
so, they do it again without charges....

problem resolved...hope this will not come back again.
my lesson is...do not simply listen to the salesman suggestion to do this and that .....

thanks for all the suggestions! will keep it in mind notworthy.gif

Waxco how much?

Rain X are not permanent, also its not a watermark remover. It just apply a layer of "oil" on the glass so it will repel water. Once the layer is gone then watermark will show again.
Plus it actually attracts dirt to stick on the glass so need to clean it even frequently
