ur 5750 got 3 pairs RCA out o not ah? o mayb 2 pairs? if it has... should b OK larhh for future upgrade..

reffering 2 adding an amp for speakers and another amp for woofer.. should b useful later on.. smile.gif

i dun think any hu can really go active....
go active u need bandpass for ur mid..but i haven heard any hu can do bandpass.....

bandpass meaning a combination of high pass and low pass filters, hence the term bandpass, the frequencies are inside a certain band(example: from 200Hz to 4000Hz)

de 5750 panel lights's connection can go loose after a while and what u might get after a while is no illumination unless u knock the panel

i think u really didn take care of ur hu..the connection from the panel to the hu is dirty..use a rubber na drub them....

btw, if dunwan use elec crossover also can..but the built xover got it's limitation...

i'm not sure how does the crossover for pioneer works.. normally LPF (LOW freq) always cut at certain freQ.. and so as the HPF.. not recomend to run the crossover from the HU.. icon_idea.gif

there's 3 preset value u can set for each crossover in 5750
lpf 50,80,120
hpf forgot..

Pioneer HU built in crossover doesn't help much. I recomemend still get a active crossover. I myself tested below 6xxx series model, they was like useless compare to active crossover. So I would said, it can't replace crossover. Well, the feature is useful without amp setting. smile.gif
