Need help here. Thank you in advanced.
Had a faulty PSU .. roughly 2 years or so.. bought online but unable to contact seller, hence i did some checking and was able to find the distributor which is Ban Leong Tech.
Contacted Ban Leong and was told they can process the warranty, but then after Ive sent them the information of my PSU, they told me they dont have stock for my PSU and hence wont be able to exchange for the warranty and thats it?
Distro no stock and our warranty stand no meaning? Is this fraud?
Hope somebody here can help. This is my first time claiming warranty that have such policy. So what can we (consumer) do if distributor told you so?
