Hi I purchased a ML240L V2 from a local shop during January. But recently one of the fan is rattling during full load.

Just like to know how long will the warranty process normally take as I have no extra coolers at the moment.

And also, can I claim warranty on my own instead of as sadly I am very not satisfied with the after-service from the seller that I purchased from.

Just want to give an update about my case.

Cooler Master Facebook has contacted me and after knowing my situation, they will be mailing my a replacement fan directly so I no need to purchase or borrow another spare cooler. (Wfh no pc susah la)

Kudos to their service. Honestly wasn't expecting the extra mile they went to assist me.

Thanks madnoh and the cm team. Once again, pleasantly surprised with this kind of service.
