Hi Cooler Master

I had sent my Cooler Master Silent Pro M 700W PSU for RMA due to faulty with proof of purchase at PC shop on May 2013. Until now I haven’t get back my replacement PSU. Is that need took long period of time for RMA process. Please advice.
