Hi, I need some help here.
Previous I had bring a Cooler Master MWE 750W PSU was malfunction and I had bring to the shop I brought for request RMA at Oct 21,2021. But until now still didnt get any of the replacement or sent back.
I checked with the shop a few times about the status but the shop kept memtion that had sent for RMA but CM reply no stock for replacement until further notice.
A few days ago finally had contacted and get replied from CM on the FB massager which confirm current there is no stock for replacement for the PSU model and suggest I try to get back the PSU from the shop to arrange RMA with diferrent party.
Now I getting confuse as the shop mention had sent the PSU to CM for RMA, but the CM FB ask may I get it back from the shop for other arrangement ???
Would mind help check what is going on ? What solution can I have? Keep waiting for month after month ?
