Hi,
I had previously tried to get my Rapid-I keyboard RMA-ed but because there weren't any stocks for an updated model (all old versions suffer from LED light burnout), I couldn't replace my keyboard. Has there been any new stocks since? And how do I contact you all for the RMA process? I tried to PM your accounts but received no response. Thanks in advance. |

Have been trying to find the SF-19 but nobody seems to even sell either the USB2.0 or USB3.0 version. Any CM reps want to help out?
Also it seems like there is a new 3.0 version called SF19 V2? Is there even a shop in Malaysia that carries this? |

is it normal the pump make a high pitch sound? it's running 2k rpm constantly... radiator fan I changed to chassis fan port and I am happy it's running at 1.5k rpm..initially suggested port by CM is onto cpu fan port which was running full speed 2k+ rpm all the time. how to solve the pump noise issue? thanks. |
