My V750S just back from RMA, overall its a fast process, under 1month. rclxm9.gif

And (not really) to my surprise, they gaved me back a sealed V750 instead LOL. I guess CM had completely replaced the V750S with V750 (IINM, V750 is like a refresh of it with all jap caps?). thumbup.gif

Hi Cm.Storm,
I bought the Rapid-I keyboard (with Cherry blue switches) recently from a major Lowyat shop and had some problems so I sent it back to the shop to get it warranty-ied.  After some time, they reverted back to me and offered a different model (brown-keys).  They told me their distributor did not have the original one even though their shop and other shops in Lowyat are still carrying the blue-keys.

I did not find it acceptable to take the replacement since the Rapid-I is quite a premium product and I bought it specifically for the blue-keys.

Can you let me know what is the best way forward?  I can provide more details if necessary.  Thank you for your attention.

Just wondering, is there any Coolermaster casing that is made of aluminium? Like Lian-Li casing?

I think I haven't seen any Lian-Li for quite some time now. sweat.gif Btw, Cosmos 1000 is no more but there's still Cosmos II.

lian li cases, they are soooo expensive that many people can only afford to peek at them over the demo glass.... cry.gif cry.gif

and also, there is no solid evidence that the usage of aluminium in casing manufacturing can lower the overall case temperature better than steel hmm.gif hmm.gif

I too remember they were very expensive. But not sure the exact amount. I just bought one of distributor's stock clearance. RM289. Not sure expensive or not, but this is the last unit.

Too late to the party lol but at least I fulfilled one of my dreams. doh.gif biggrin.gif

Oh.... I want all aluminum not because of heat dissipation. That one I think is very minimal difference. The main difference is its weight and aesthetic.

Just an update for those curious about how warranty service is, I received a call from All IT, and they managed to provide the same model type replacement for me. New unit seems to work alright.

Will be testing out more extensively the keyboard later.

Hi arifhasim85,

We're sorry to inform you that replacement isn't available locally now. cry.gif
As for Jetflo 140mm version, we're not 100% sure if it's coming but we can assure that you can expect great stuff from Cooler Master in the coming Q3/Q4!

Can't wait to see what's coming. The coolchip cooler is really something though, never expecting for that after the long wait of the never-coming Sandia cooler.

i think it's better if u check the height of stand-off screws 1st, though it shouldn't stuck. sweat.gif
