If its a big company, you will have to wait patiently. Anyway, while waiting you can still apply for other companies. Don't be like waiting for the one and only one company that you deposited your resume to call you up, this will be wasting your time. Diversify your 'investment'..=)

Well, if they do go through your resume and there's a vacancy that fits you, you might be called for an interview.

Just be patient ...

Normally, I'll follow up after sending my application in. I'll wait for 2~3 weeks before sending them an e-mail about the status of the application. Sometimes they will reply but most of the time, it goes to Junk Mail tongue.gif . Try it, no harm. But 1 month is kinda long.

Normally if your qualification met their job requirements, their HR will call you. If you did not receive any email reply from them, your application consider unsuccessful

I think that's alright. But try not to be pushy. This will make them push you out of their list tongue.gif .

A month ago via email? Hopefully it doesn't end up as SPAM. shocking.gif

Anyway just give them a call, the number can be found if you call Telekom (103). Speak and ask for the HR department, give them your name and that you have applied for position x, y or z then ask about your application. Be polite ok?

1 month is rather long, most MNC companies would have replied if you have a chance.

The only definitely answer I can give you is:

Depends on how badly you want the job.
