opera mini talk less resources compare to mobile. It convert the images thru its server to lower quality so make browsing faster n more fun.
*
Much lower quality in fact. Images look pretty distorted on Opera Mini.

The mobile mode is when it's zoomed out? Where there is a rectangle for you to navigate like a full website? I'm not sure but it seems that it's not possible to do the same on Opera Mobile. I use Opera Mobile for viewing websites with pictures and Opera Mini for fast browsing.

Is there any browser that can view flash like YouTube video? I just don't like using another app just to watch videos.

if the internet bandwidth is fast enough, then we do not need opera mini, and can just utilize the built in browser.

Using opera mini 4 to post now. Am impressed with the new one, the last time i used the processing time was not this fast.. Now is superb.

But i noticed one thing, gif animated pictures are stationary now. Maybe this is to reduce loading times.

connecting part should be when the wifi is trying to connect to the wireless modem.. may be due to wireless strength not strong enuf, normally if having problems in the connecting part, it will pop up a list of wifi choices for u to choose.

mine also sometimes it takes quite long at 1st to connect to 1st page.. after that after 2-3 mins of surfing, then the connecting part becomes immediate, and processing part is the slower part.
