No details on the developer yet? I think some LYN forumners mentioned before the river smells bad...unless the developer has plans to clean the river?

Estimated when will launch ? Nowadays OKR already go for 700-800psf, will it be 1500psf since BKP selling at 1100psf. What is so interesting about OKR? JAM JAM JAM?

Susah... bkp can sell 1100psf doesn't mean others can.
their mk verve suites pigeon hole can only. but others still struggle to hit 1000psf...especially those big unit... sibeh jialat.

OKR is sibeh good. the connection of many sibeh hot places. puchong, kuchai, pj, kl city, bukit jalil, taman desa, oug... sibeh near to midvalley, kl eco city, bangsar, bangsar south, breakfield, bukit robson, sungai besi....heard river of life project also sampai here.

sibeh mana cari?

the jam have improved alot liao. better than many kisiao pj jam, puchong jam, damansara jam, 1u jam.

jam is ong mah. wat to do. macam midvalley sibeh jam but traffic flow still sibeh quite good. way way better than 1U. can stuck u in parking more than 2 hours... sibeh jialat.

macam rawang also sibeh jialat jam when almost half way to kl.
the further u stay the jam duration is just add on. long distance +jam. lagi waste time. infra also no good. want lrt, mrt also don't have. nearest is kajang. u still need to fight with those kajang pipu fight parking, fight seat. take bus lagi siao.

okr soon got monorail.. public bus also no need interchange can reach many places liao.
even okr is jam... lucky all hot spot sibeh short distance can reach. and u already in the almost heart of kl.
