QUOTE(Michaelbyz23 @ Dec 1 2016, 07:44 AM) Ah I see... Thanks! I also just realized google chromecast needs good wifi internet connection.. Which is sad because the purpose of it is for my travel usage in hotel rooms. Then hotel internet is usually not ideal. Have u tried miracast and set the sound to headphones? I never tried before but for my phone usually it triggers when i connected to headphone

Just want to give review of MXQ Pro III.
For newbies like me, maybe looking for cheaper option for start. And this model is selling quite a lot in online marketplace and at a very cheap price too. I got mine at RM117.
1GB RAM, 8GB flash.
For starters it is a decent device. But since the ram is low, it tends to crash now n then.
If you're using iflix, it is still capable to be used for streaming. But for KODI and others that might require more RAM, it often hang and crash when opening the channel.
So, if you're a beginner and looking for device, I suggest skip this one and just look for 2GB models. It will be more reliable.
As for me, most of the time only using iflix, so it is still bearable.

QUOTE(Scissorshand @ Dec 15 2016, 08:38 AM) Could it be bcos you have too many addons that comes default with the device? If you are only using for movies, dramas and some sports, maybe you'd like to limit them to only 10 addons or so, then uninstall the rest to improve your user experience Thanks for advice. Will try it and see how it goes

Much smoother. But kodi still crash once in a while. But at least can use it for longer period. Other apps like megabox, modbro, iflix works smoothly n no crashing anymore. Thanks for the advice dude
