I have actually posted such comments many times in this thread. biggrin.gif

I can repost them in a new thread.

About the download, app issue, i will only discuss the apps, the contents in a general sense, never the specifics like what show, what channel, what torrent, etc. That, people should be sensible enough not to ask in public but use pm.

About those ahem payable iptvs, discussion should not be allowed, at least not in this section. Once one fella starts, it will go on and on... what channels, where to buy, how much, sellers jump in.... and the thread becomes a venue for illegal piracy biz. This bit should be confined in home garage sales section, interested parties can pm, do your private thing.

yea…that's the unwritten rule here laugh.gif

QUOTE(voncrane @ Dec 28 2016, 05:01 PM)
Yes.. Plus I guarantee that some newbie will still come into the new thread and ask that dreaded question...
"I'm new, pls recommend me an Android box to watch live tv, tv shows and movies"....Oh yeah, and as if that's not enough.... "Full HD yeah".....  doh.gif  bangwall.gif
*
lol…not only here, pretty common in any other hardware discussion biggrin.gif

QUOTE(fruitie @ Dec 28 2016, 05:32 PM)
Though I hate to admit this but AOTG is still smooth compared to other IPTVs which may be out of service after a while. laugh.gif
That said I will only miss it when I have live badminton matches. tongue.gif

I still can find way to watch, no worries. biggrin.gif

as the name suggested, "on-the-go", suppose to use less bandwidth and optimized for handheld devices. laugh.gif

Got few good apk, tried them on Android 6 but not working as unable to change hardware code to software code...

But it works well on Android 5 below... Sometimes I wish it's easy to just downgrade to Lollipop..

That's the reason why I purposely bought a 5.1.1 box instead of 6.0. tongue.gif

but the X96 model S905X android 6.0 2G/16G box is generally cheaper than those S905 2G/8G box sweat.gif

since last week i see on lazada, those S912 box price increase, S905X box price decrease, and less S905 with 2GB ram box available liao…those S905 box with dual band wifi price increase a lot.

Hi Sifus, need some advice.

My Beelink MINI MXIII II disconnects the WIFI connection by itself and doesn't automatically connects back again. I need to reconnect it manually.
Any ideas on this? Or it is because of one of my many apk's that is causing this?
Any advise would be welcomed.

There's a saying "cheap no good..good no cheap"... Applies here as stable firmwares cost a lot more than hastily cooked ones. nod.gif

The funny thing is that I had previously the same type of box which I had set up for my niece, been running it for over a month at the same place before I handed over to her and that box did not disconnect by itself.
I have 2 other another boxes, MXQ Pro and ZIDOO X1 II, both running fine but then again both of these boxes are quite near the router. Is the Beelink MINI MXIII II prone to poor wifi reception? I'm subscribing unifi 30Mbps, I have run the speed test on the box and only got at best around 10Mbps. On my Note 4 at the same area, I've recorded full 30Mbps speed.

hmm.gif We still can't rule out a home network issue and I take it that, running an Ethernet cable is not desirable based on the location. Could be, that location is considered a non-optimal area from your router. Example, there's a particular spot at my place (outskirts of the router's reach) where an iPad can retain a wifi connection but can't connect to the internet.... and after awhile, it will disconnect itself or I'm forced to manually disconnect it.. if I attempt manually connecting back to the network, it simply refuses, despite listing the same network as a selectable choice. Now, if I move closer to or stay in the same room as the router, this iPad suffers no such issues and will stay connected 24/7. On the other hand, internet works perfectly when using a Nexus tablet or smartphones in the same problematic location as the iPad.

So in a way, it could be the box or it's simply too far away from the router and suffers from too much interference. Issue persists while using the 2.4ghz network?

the problem u describe happens if the connectivity is consistently weak.

i assuming all of yr 3 boxes are on wifi.

u can swap them around to see if the problem is distance, line of sight or box hardware/firmware.

my boxes, 30mbps, asus router - good connection at 50 ft.

This one. Wow, price increased so much!! I bought on 12.12 for 202.65 after discount from actual price - 230.28. Plus, I have another 5% cash back from my credit card, so I paid less than RM 200.

Still got cheaper deal from other sellers: http://www.lazada.com.my/docooler-m9s-pro-...g-12472624.html and http://www.lazada.com.my/docooler-m9s-pro-...g-16684188.html
