im using minix neo x8-h,
any1 want to trade it with x8-h-plus ?
i really need that HEVC hardware encoding

What you need is the Minix Neo U1.. Cuz there were some 1080p HEVC files that the Neo X8-H Plus struggled to play (if at all), while the Neo U1 simply handles like a boss..

Why u want to downgrade?
I'm using x8 h plus. So r u saying that neo x8-h missing that hardware encoding? Which version are they using?
No, it's an upgrade.. For example, processor bump.

Android boxes with 4K capability are now pretty standard.
But.... The youtube u install in it can at best get 1080p videos.
There are many UHD 4K videos on YouTube now.
Does anyone have a YouTube apk that can get 2160p or UHD 4K or at least 1440p videos?
Assuming you have UHD 4k tv, of course.
Just 1080p TV here.. But can confirm from other Minix Neo U1 + 4K TV users... Can only get 1080p 60fps max. But since most smart 1080p/4K TVs ship with a decent YouTube app, better to use that instead. Can Google cast from supported devices..
However, the YouTube app on my Nexus 10 can stream @ 1440p res when available. So yeah, it's possible, just not supported on all "capable" devices.. Something about most lacking the ability to process Google's VP9 codecs, which are used in YouTube's 4K video compressions for easy streaming.

Budget is below rm 400 for a router. Tp link archer c7 less than 400 with voucher on lazada. Or any other recommended router? Asus is kinda famous but ac55uhp is out of my budget
I would still recommend the Asus RT-AC55UHP over the TP-LINK Archer C7. IMO, one should not skimp on a router as It's meant to handle all connected devices and should do a great job. A worthy investment for a few extra RM.
Review of the TP-Link Archer C7 by Blacktubi.. Also see below, a quote from his website regarding TP-LINK routers in general. You decide what's more important..

TP-LINK Unifi Router
TP-LINK routers are really cheap. However, it comes with a cost. Older models come with spotty Unifi support and you may need to disable Hardware NAT for IPTV to work. In addition, QoS will be disabled on the Archer C2600 and Archer C3200 when Unifi mode is enabled. Native IPV6 is not available on TP-LINK routers. They are still great routers at the price.
Note: Not all hardware version support Unifi.
