this is sad, but thanks though, this might be slightly off topic, my account and my brothers account keep asking us to change password everyday, since I upgraded my streamyx from 1mb to 4mb. is this happening because of the port change by streamyx, or are there people hacking our accounts or just so problems with square enix can u clarify? thanks again.

it happens because of IP change, to avoid this, apply for either a physical token(buy) or if you have smartphone android or iphone can download the Software token for free, more info on their support/lodestone pages.

I'm using m'sian hsbc credit card to pay for my NA account. No hassle with crysta.

I'm not sure how I did it, but I just follow the payment method in account management and it works.

ps: I'm not sure whether it's because my account is 10yrs old and I had been using the same credit card since then. My account did stop using the card for 4 yrs in between, and I had to retype the card details when i subcribe to XIV
