Although its kinda hard, you need to practice to be the middle man of your team when it comes to argument. People with ego will not let go of their ego in online games thus thats were fights start. Learn to chill down teammates even though deep down there you want to find their ip address and assasinate them. No point winning an argument as its your MMR that is gonna go down, not your ego increasing.
