You can hand wash. My fiancee has a few dinner dresses. She handwash. If you don't want the colors to fade, use only cold water and don't put too much detergent coz it'll kill the colours. I know because I always help her wash them. Girls got fingernails, so it make spoil them a bit. So it's the man's job.

Chiffon clothes, warm or cold is ok. For satin and silk, never use warm, only cold. This is because overtime, silk/satin will lose it shinyness. Chiffon, depends. My fiancee has a chiffon-mixed-satin skirt. We only use cold waters.

Based on the pictures given, those are chiffon materials. Handwash them is fine, won't spoil. You can trust me coz I'm the one washing my fiancee's dinner dresses. If possible, after washing, let it drip. Don't twist and turn the clothes. Definitely spoil. And never dry under direct sun light. Dry under a shade. With heat also can dry.

cold water, you mean room temperature water? or water that is stored in the fridge that is less than 10 degree Celsius kind of cold?

Haha not fridge cold water. LOL not room temperature either. More like those came out from pipe, that cold feeling. Not too cold, yet not warm. I won't call it normal tap water because some people's house have water tanks outside the house. So when the water comes in, it's actually warm to hot. If chiffon, warm water is fine.

For satin & silk, never use warm water, not even once. Only those cold water like those flow out in the early morning coz the shinyness and smoothness fades with heat.

If you are worry on the water temperature, just fill them in a bucket and leave it for 3-4 hours.
Now the water direct from tap won't be cold, sometimes it will be 30-40°C.

If TS house got bath tub, then can collect water in it. Chinese house always got for feng shui. Use those water since it's cold. But then the clothes in the picture is most likely lycra cotton + lace. Washing with warm water will be fine. Chiffon, silk and satin sure cannot.

I use bucket. Actually bathtub are quite person dependent, not 1 feng shui suits all.

I don't mean the one where we lay inside like jacuzzi. Actually, 1 feng shui suits all. Continuous flow of water from a source bring continuous flow of income. Houses without those bath tub usually uses a bucket below to collect water. Seriously most Chinese have them. I said most coz some Chinese are christian which then don't believe in these beliefs.
