What is the chance to change the basis of calculating maintenance fee, e.g.change from Built up size to land size, it's fairer and relevant, although it is strata title but it is not high rise, why apply high rise concept to landed.

So, any chance?

ye lah,,, hard to find developers take care potential customers, treating buyers like kindergarten children,,, oh, i insult those kids, apology, kids nowadays even cleverer.

Lesson learned here! Nadayu sucks. Nadayu will be on radar for many wrong reasons, at least for me, for my relatives, for my friends n colleagues.
