sad to hear this, but buying parts from China will save you a lot.
Zaptor around RM100 icon_rolleyes.gif
Or others around that value also smile.gif

Have to let my paintman check first, as claiming from JKR not easy. Called SC and they need about rm3000 to get things done.

If 180km/h, I don't mind, but at 90km/h which makes me really sad. And ABS does not helps me on this, even make it worst(car skidded).

This afternoon was a darn busy afternoon for me, after work at 3:30pm have to rush down to Seremban and lodge police report. And is not only the accident report, also my rm1000 got cheated case.
Everything took me about 3 hours, in JKR's office(the officer asked me to lodge a police report then give the form to him) and police station. Called that jerk and he thanked for making he lose his job, I tell him that don't blame me as my money gone to no where(in between him and HQ) for too long period only, asked him he says HQ not approve yet, ask HQ, my name never appeared in HQ's system under Ozlee Sdn Bhd. So tomorrow I have to go back to their showroom and show them the VSO.
Anything I need to aware?

Well, money is get back already, but still he was still trying his very best not to give me back.
Best of all, he threaten to sue me as I caused him to lost his job, under defamation. Let's see how it goes. But after asking some of my friends, this can't really can made as a case, since that jerk never followed SOP when selling a car.

I wounder why he dare to threaten you... Is his bad at first... Aih.... shakehead.gif

Because I flood Proton's FB with all -ve remarks.
But after discuss with my friends, Proton and the dealer won't really sue me as it will make their reputation going down to drain further.
As when in court, it will be heard by public. When a big company wants to sue a person, people sure will ask why. And after knowing the reason of the SA cheat a consumer's rm1000 and refuse to refund back the money, making the consumer gone mad. Who will suffer more?
And if he want to sue me under private will be the same, the HQ sure will stop him.
Now is the SA wants to spoil the company's reputation, not me.
So let's see how it goes.

Any recommended shop to repair a dent + deep scratch?

Scared kena con. Area around klang valley
*
Any shop that does not do insurance claim.
Or if you have money, go back to Proton SC that does body works. Mine are still pending tomorrow's outcome, since I'm suing JKR/sub-con because of they never keep the road safe on using the red/white barriers.

got pics? I wanna see how it is. Last time my repairs costed 2k but I still didn't claim insurance after calculating NCB.
*
I can only see the whole right hand side sustain damages. Metal parts dented, bumpers scratched.
As I not yet transfer NCD(old car already 55% and not cancel), so I may claim then only transfer the NCD, does this way possible?

Your car is running legally on the road now and you have a valid insurance policy which you paid full without NCD.

So next year you renew insurance, of coz you can transfer your ncd if you wish to.
*
Basically that road I already know got all those barriers around. So I won't really go fast, about 80-90km/h which I everyday do on that part of the road.
What makes me this Friday that, 1 of the barriers was hit by a lorry and dis allocated from its original place that screw my day up.
As my old car already sold, the insurance only can valid till May. I've contacted an agent, he said I can claim then only transfer the NCD. But I still lose on the 55% refund. So tomorrow I'll take the police report, go to JKR's office and claim this lost. If were to claim totally, it will be rm3000-4000(just the bloody fog light already rm12**)

QUOTE(woe.com @ Mar 9 2014, 03:54 PM)
hey bro, how come you will make he lost his job and if he is following what his company procedure to do his work? And even tho if the company wanna sue u, u can ask them to check their official PEDA policy stated clearly that customer WILL NOT NEED to pay single cent to do car booking, and any dealer fail to follow will lead to penalty/warning/action taken to the dealership.

That fella has tons of reason, that time when I collect bck my money from the admin, that admin like use some "eye sight" to see me, but anyhow now  you have to make a scan copy of your VSO just in case anything goes wrong. That is why I request thread admin to put in a section here for "Dealership/Branch to avoid", so that future buyer wont get into the same trouble that we had, small issue I can let go, but this ozlee is already too over la... =_="
*
Well, I never keep any copy of the VSO, if he want to take any legal action against me, he is asking for trouble. Not just the PEDA policy(which I just know), also he never submit my name on buying a car to Proton HQ(verified by wecare on this), considered CBT already on this.
And after ask some of my friends, if Proton or his company don't want to safeguard their reputation, they will sue me. But as said, after knowing the main reason behind on this court case, who will be the winner I guess we all know already.
Anyway, I doubt he will lose his job.

when repaint the door maybe can ask for different color? maybe can utilize the insurance to paint the whole car together with the door.. to the limited edition plum red or indiana gray color.. hehe
*
Unlikely, as if I want to change color, the whole car needs to be stripped a part and paint it inside out. Also, the additional cost I have to pay my self.
The labour(just paint and knocking the rear fender only) are rm4000 which if I do it outside, it is only rm800-1500.
Also, I prefer silver only.

Very leceh to change colour...Hv to inform insurance and I think the JPJ car geran have to change too since description of the car colour is different already
*
Have to get JPJ to endorse, change insurance policy. This is for sure.
But have to understand that, repaint are using hand spray, not robot spray, so uneven may expected. I can say it is not an easy task.

Mobile1 claim can use 100kkm, do you dare not to change?
Any oil can last(my friend's car never change engine oil even clocked 100kkm and using mineral oil only), but the main question is : does the filter can last till then?

Just change the filter I think is good, as long as the oil appearance still good.
Anyway, meet the adjuster yesterday and the claim of rm20k should be passed already.

i thought that when you remove the filter, the oil will come gushing out. =)
Yeah, i didnt expect much loss.
Next time going to tell SC guys to put less EO.
*
Nope, it won't, as filter part is not the place storing the engine oil when not running, it will still "leak" out some, but not that much.

Castrol's website says:

What is the shelf life of Castrol motor oil and how can I determine the date of manufacture?
There is no shelf life for Castrol motor oil, however we would suggest that for maximum protection and performance, the product be used within 3 years of the date of purchase.
*
Engine oil are acidic, so the oil may last, but not the container.

1280kg vs 1310kg? If under small capacity engine, it will be some effect. For 1800cc engine, it is nothing much.
Not to mention the mods we are going to do. Like a decent sound system easily can add up 40-60kg.
