If any of you guys wanted to get an R3 catback system, I suggest to forget it lol. I had super nice performance numbers but.... the flex pipe (nenas?) is somewhat weak (mcm tak flex langsung) and cracked/broke twice. Damn it sounds pompompompom motorboat all neighbour went    this is the first time I disappointed with R3 product

1st time: 5 hrs after install wut
2nd time: just now lol

now changed to custom bomoh-grade flexpipe. There goes my warranty, but at least they work. Eh btw hello long time no see

Its a 1.8 map. But not specifically tune for malaysia petrol ..
The high knocking is quite common for 1.8 due to the high compression 10.5:1 comparing to 2.0 which is 10:1..
And the genius otomen manage to put 1.8 cvt map into 2.0 and causes massive knock.. Then blame on the petrol quality.

And what i did to reduce the knock.. Enrich some of the lean portion of the map, which was commonly use (common powerband)... Yet still have knock but much lesser.. Lighter engine oil helps as well..

I help one of the fella whom complain knock kau kau.. I download the rom from his car.. Found out the rom code was actually for 1.8cvt.. Did a compare to the one i did much earlier.. 100% match.. (now i dunno what he placing in la, all i can say good luck lo)

just curious talking about knocking... how to feel if there are knocking during driving? 

usually hearing will do, if you can feel the knocking, then it's damn serious case already and you may be looking into con rod/piston damages and what not. (pre detonation having combustion force pushing outwards while the piston is still rising to the combustion chamber)
