overclocking c3 cpu, but cant?

my friend have m789 mobo fsb 133 with onboard c3 cpu(via samuel 2) which running about 800mghz...
he also has 256 ddr he want to try overclock the speed of the cpu but it cant.i mean when he enter the cmos and enter the cpu pnp setup,the screen just shown the speed of ram only(ddr frequency)..and nothing else... what is that problem?is that mobo/cpu cant overclock at all? do help him guru!or just share experience..  |

urghh after i overclocking it from 800mhz to 1ghz it often freezing..damn proc
but i will get sempron later..and gonna thrashed this c3..uwekk |
