Hi guys this is my first time having a workout journal,I am a avid fitness exerciser,my prority is jogging, then push-up,pull up and do fourth..

I spent the last 2 year jogging for 30min each day, then last year I do "insanity" workout by shuan t and the last six month I do the mobc's park style workout

My workout now is consist of this--35min jogging around 3.8-4km and 350 push up ,60 pull up finally 50 situp(lots of people advice me to add more but I refuse because I can't handle the pressure to do let's say 100 the next day)

I run 650m---100 push up
Another 650m---25 pull up
Another 650m---100 push up
Once again 650m---25 pull up
Once more 650m---100 push up
Then final 650m---50 push-up and 10 pull up(this 10 pull up is very difficult I separate it to 5-5)

Then I go from my park where I do my workout back home and finish up my 50 sit up.Feel free to comments style of routine, and been doing this for continuous 6 months and it is 6 days a week(normally I place rest day on Saturday to catch English premier league). Thanks!

good work bro smile.gif might i suggest to ramp up the intensity? as opposed to regular push ups etc, u could incorporate harder variations.
(decline push up, stagger push ups )
again, good work, keep updating the log!
