I have only read a single book in the whole series (15 volumes). Anybody a fan? Willing to borrow me or point to the right direction where I can purchase the whole collection locally.

I've only read Cordelia's Honor, omnibus of Shards of Honor and Barrayar. But I love it. Definitely a fan of any books written by Lois McMaster Bujold.
