erm i wan to ask . if i wan to sell my products online which is like flash components, templates, skins,and so on .. how ah? from what i know they will use another web-services like http://www.esellerate.net/pricing.asp or http://www.regnow.com . so anyone experienced in selling products online or have a method or anything related, can please give me some advise. so for now thanks in advance

urm.. if you want it automated, I think you'll either need to program something yourself or get one of those other softwares that you've found.

spend abit more for automation might be a good thing so in future you don't have to worry when orders pour in and you can't keep up with it. you'll also need to make sure that you've a way to keep track of orders and etc. not to mention the need of having to answer to customer queries later.

anyway, just make sure you've a plan to sell and not just *plop* website and let it sell on its own. it won't work that way.

owh ok.. and for the technical method? what i shud have?, account mastercard or else.. and if i'm still a student, i can't afford to hv a credit card so how would it works.?can i debit it to other people acc in example my father? any ideas ? i just donno how to start this thing, the process, and who should i contact.. about the masterplan of marketing i'm already plan for it..

well, if you're targeting local market.. you could just offer bank into personal accounts.. or if you have the invesment money, you'll need to register a company and open a company bank account. the investment will come to about RM2000+ and 2000 alove is to open the company account.

if you wanna sell to international markets, you're going to have to get a 3rd party processor like 2CheckOut, WorldPay, PayPal or etc to support other payment methods. The 2CO or WorldPay can bank directly into CCs if not mistaken.

anyway, you better make sure you get the flow of the business correct from product, sell, purchase, and after-sales.

oo.. so now hv to know the flow.. did u know the flow ? i didnt googling since i know if there's a result it would probably maybe for oversea method.. actually the flow is the one i'm still not clear enough.. and the product would probably for international market.

If I could just tell you about the flow and made sure it worked, I'd be making millions right now. The flow is everything from UI Design, Experience Design to basic e-commerce understanding.

Like I said, you can just hop onto those suggested URLs you have above then just learn things the hard way. If you really want to learn about e-commerce, you'll have to ask those who own a shop and how do they really do it.

If I shared everything on how to do it to how you can make money, I'm more or less giving you consultation without charging you. I'm not being selfish but honest.

Your best bet are to:
1. Ask those who're doing what you're doing.
2. Study the business yourself. Which means you'll have to learn about business.
3. Study business concepts or models. Think why they can succeed.
4. Think about what you need or can provide to fill the gap your competitors have.
5. Get your project going either by yourself or by getting investors so that you have the financial backing.

actually there is a guy in malaysia that made million by just doing design in home. ofcourse he is doing overseas project. I think what he did was he got a bank account overseas, so not a problem accepting money

about selling flash template, I am not sure about that, because too many good design flash template floating on the web around already.

I think component or application will be better.

sebenarnya nak tanya.. macam mana kalau nak jual produk kita online dan macam mana duit itu akan masuk. kalau dalam pasaran tempatan kita boleh guna maybank tapi kalau setiap kali nak pelanggan terpaksa pergi ke ATM untuk buat transfer ok gak tapi kalau boleh nak buat melalui internet. sebaliknya jika pasaran antarabangsa macam mana dia nak berikan duit kepada kita? perlukah saya mempunyai kad kredit dan sebagainya. tidak silap saya pemohon kkad kredit dikehendaki mempunyai gaji tetap RM 2k ++ baru layak memohon kkad kredit. jadi apakah cara lain? ade ke servis perbankan antarabangsa yang ditawarkan di malaysia? dan seterusnya.. sistem itu akan dihubungkan dengan online server iaitu sebaik sahaja bayaran dikreditkan,pembeli akan dapat produk mereka secepat yang mungkin.

bagaimanakah perjalanan (" flow ") proses ini secara keseluruhannya? ( accepting money flow )

Let's see, there was a thread here with someone asking about using Western Union. Applying for a CC if you ain't working and yeah, earning a stable income (cause they'll wanna see your salary slip) can be a difficult task.

well, according to that guy brother, he made his 1st million by selling design and doing other online business. I will PM you his name.

and to momochi, just use western union if the client is ok with that. else you can try out some "alternative" method which claim that they will help you get an overseas account. From there, you can "tie" your overseas bank account to malaysia paypal account.
